Dr.Dean saved my life, performing complicated surgeries to remove leiomyosarcoma twice and many more operations. Hi expertise, humility & empathy for myself as a patient & for my family was astounding. He never let me go home with a drain still attached and allowed me enough time to recover before discharge. He provided me with access to therapies such as hyperbaric to help heal my wound. When i became septic due to adverse affects of radiation on bowels he humbly told me i needed care out of his expertise & refered me to Prof Cameron Platel. I returned to see Dean after 10 yrs for endocrine ,thyroid & parathyroid issues & was met with joy by he & his staff. Once again i was assisted by Dean. I thank God for Dean & for working through him. Dean would be my go to surgeon if i ever need one. I highly recommend him & thank him for his outstanding compassionate & professional self
